Do you struggle with social anxiety? Do social situations feel uncomfortable, awkward, or overwhelming? Do you find it difficult to start conversations, meet new people, or feel like you don’t quite fit into a friend group?

If so, you’re not alone—and The Social Anxiety Club was created for you.

Many people with social anxiety want friendships and connection, but the process of meeting people, joining conversations, or feeling judged by others can make social situations feel stressful. Over time, this can lead to avoiding social events, feeling isolated, or believing that forming friendships is harder than it should be.

The Social Anxiety Club is a place where everyone understands that struggle.

This group is designed for people of all ages who experience anxiety during social interactions or group activities. In this club, you’ll be surrounded by others who are working through the same challenges, which makes it easier to relax and be yourself.

Rather than forcing uncomfortable social situations, we ease into connection gradually. Together, we practice navigating the awkward moments that often come with meeting new people—things like starting conversations, joining a group, handling silence, and building friendships over time.

Through guided activities, discussion, and real-life practice, participants will learn practical Cognitive Behavioral strategies to manage anxious thoughts, reduce self-consciousness, and build confidence in social settings.

Most importantly, this is a place where you can show up exactly as you are. No pressure to be perfect. No expectation to be the most outgoing person in the room. Just a supportive environment where socially anxious people can practice connecting with others who truly understand.

Because sometimes the best way to overcome social anxiety… is simply finding a place where everyone knows your name.
