At Midwest Anxiety, we’re reimagining mental health care — and it begins with the therapists in our Therapist Network.

The Midwest Anxiety Therapist Network is a growing community of Kansas-licensed mental health professionals who value flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, and the opportunity to practice beyond the traditional therapy office.

Our Partners are independent contractors within the Therapist Network who want the freedom to design their schedules, choose the clients and services they provide, develop areas of specialization, and grow their own professional identity — without feeling boxed in or micromanaged.

Midwest Anxiety is growing, and we are actively hiring therapists to expand our Therapist Network across Kansas. We are working to fill 12 roles across our clinical programs, creating opportunities for therapists with a variety of backgrounds, interests, specialties, and levels of experience.

We are especially interested in clinicians who want to help us expand therapy into the places where people actually live, learn, work, play, and receive care.

Therapists can build their work around the populations and services that fit their interests, training, and professional goals. Opportunities include:

We are not looking for every therapist to do everything. The goal of the Therapist Network is to bring together clinicians with different strengths and specialties and create opportunities for them to build work that fits who they are professionally.

Build the Practice You Want

At Midwest Anxiety, you maintain control over your clinical approach and professional direction while gaining access to the infrastructure of an established mental health organization.

You decide how much you want to work, when you are available, which referrals you accept, and which services you want to provide. Some therapists may want to gradually add a few clients or specialty services. Others may want to develop a substantial caseload or build an entire professional niche through Midwest Anxiety.

You have options.

Our goal is to provide “plug and play” opportunities that allow motivated therapists to step into existing programs, referral relationships, community partnerships, and clinical opportunities without having to build everything from scratch.

Freedom of Private Practice. Connection of a Network.

At Midwest Anxiety, you are not giving up independence — you are gaining infrastructure.

You maintain autonomy over your clinical style, niche, schedule, and professional direction. At the same time, you can benefit from referrals, marketing, administrative systems, established programs, community partnerships, professional collaboration, and the support of a larger Therapist Network.

We value diverse therapeutic approaches, creative thinkers, entrepreneurial clinicians, and therapists who are excited about finding better ways to deliver mental health care.

If you are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, collaborative, and excited about building something meaningful while maintaining your professional independence, we would love to talk with you.
