Are you an exhausted mom who feels like you are constantly saying, “I’m at my wits’ end”? Are you tired of fighting to get your child out of bed, trying to convince them to “eat right,” rushing everyone out the door, managing school struggles, keeping up with activities, maintaining the house, handling work, and taking care of the other kagillion things moms are expected to do every single day?
You love your family, but some days motherhood can feel overwhelming, lonely, and completely exhausting. You may find yourself wondering, “Am I doing this right?” “Why does everything have to be such a battle?” or “How am I supposed to take care of everyone else when I am barely holding it together?”
MOMS NEED HELP TOO!
Join other moms each weekday morning, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to process the struggles of being a mom, share experiences, receive encouragement, and connect with other moms who understand. Together, we will discuss practical ways to manage daily stress, respond more calmly, set healthy boundaries, reduce power struggles, care for your own emotional health, and do more than simply “get through the day.”
This is a space where moms can be honest about the struggles of parenting without judgment, guilt, or pressure to pretend that everything is fine. You do not have to have everything figured out. You do not have to be the perfect mom. You just need a place where other moms understand what you are going through.
Sorry, dads and kids! This one is for OnlyMoms.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Exhausted, overwhelmed, or stressed moms who need support, encouragement, practical parenting strategies, and help managing all the daily “mom things.”
