Doing something you don’t want to do, can be really difficult. You “just don’t feel like doing it.” To help get started on that challenging task, we encourage you do to do the 5 Second Rule. The 5 Second Rule is easy!! Count down from 5 to 0. When you reach 0, DO THE TASK EVEN IF YOU DON’T WANT TO DO IT.
