Shelby provides psychotherapy services to individuals looking to reduce anxiety, develop emotion regulation skills, and improve executive functioning skills. She has experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and specific anxiety disorders. She is especially passionate about providing services to neurodivergent individuals.
Shelby utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques from several treatment modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
