Dr. Lindsay Bonebrake, LCPC, RPT-S
Clinical Level Therapist | Independent Contractor (In-Person Community and Virtual)
Dr. Bonebrake believes healing begins when people feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow. Her approach to therapy is relational, practical, and evidence-informed. She creates a space where clients feel safe to explore challenges, build useful tools, and move toward meaningful change in their everyday lives.
Dr. Bonebrake specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and relational stress. As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, she is passionate about helping children communicate, process emotions, and build resilience through developmentally appropriate therapy while also partnering closely with caregivers to support growth beyond the therapy room.
She also enjoys working with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, adjustment challenges, and major life transitions. Her additional training in perinatal mental health and Mercier Therapy allows her to support individuals and families through seasons related to fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum adjustment when needed.
Her goal is not simply symptom relief. She wants each client to leave therapy with more confidence, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness.
Outside of work, Dr. Bonebrake is a wife, mom, and professor who understands the complexity, joy, and challenges that come with caring for others while also learning to care for yourself.
