ADHDers — You Know Who You Are.
You’re bouncing from the couch to the floor to the desk and back again. Your brain feels like it’s running on pure speed, powered by a thousand bouncy balls all going at once. Sitting still? Almost impossible. Slowing down? Not your style. Finishing tasks? Maybe… but usually only if they’re quick, exciting, or interesting enough to hold your attention.
The slow, detailed stuff? That’s a different story. It gets forgotten, rushed through, pushed aside, or avoided altogether.
Sound familiar?
Maybe you find yourself zoning out when people are talking. Maybe your body feels like it always has to be moving. Maybe you blurt things out, act before thinking, or jump from one thing to the next without finishing what you started. Maybe adults keep telling you to “focus,” “calm down,” or “control yourself” — as if it were that simple.
If paying attention feels hard, staying focused is a battle, or keeping your body and behavior under control feels frustrating, you are not the only one.
Join other ADHDers for a group designed to help you better understand how your brain works and learn practical Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills to manage it more effectively. Together, we’ll work on building better control over thoughts, body, and behaviors while learning tools to improve focus, manage impulsivity, handle frustration, and feel more confident in everyday life.
This group is a place where ADHDers can feel understood, supported, and challenged to grow. Because ADHD doesn’t mean you’re lazy, bad, or broken — it just means you need the right tools to succeed.
Target Audience
This group is designed for children, teens, and their parents who have been diagnosed with ADHD or who demonstrate common ADHD-related challenges.

Experience frustration, low confidence, or negative feedback related to behavior or performance
This group is especially helpful for kids, teens, and parents who are open to learning practical skills to improve focus, manage their energy, and gain better control over their thoughts and behaviors in school, at home, and in social situations.
