This class is held Live Online. No need to get a baby sitter! You will join the class from the convenience of your computer. When you join the class online, you'll see the presenter and the presenter's screen. Before you can get good at beating anxiety, you need to know how anxiety works. We will discuss how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors either accelerate or decelerate anxiety. 

August 30, 2017, 7:00pm-8:00pm: Stop Avoiding and Start Celebrating Anxiety

Sound weird to celebrate feeling anxious? Who wants to feel anxious? Certainly not you. We will talk about Cognitive Behavioral skills to start thinking, feeling, and acting differently when faced with anxiety.
