We will cover the basics of anxiety from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective. This will give you a better idea of the key areas to be looking for when your child is anxious. We will also discuss how to remain emotional and physically neutral, while being empathetic to your child. We will discuss parenting strategies to avoid when your child is anxious. We will end the class by answering your questions.
