Anxious feelings @&%#. Many times anxious people will do whatever it takes to avoid the anxious feelings of rapid heart rate, trouble breathing, sweating, and much more. We will talk about how to celebrate the anxious feelings rather than fear the feelings.

Saturday, February 23, 2019, 9:00am-10:00am: Anxious Behaviors

Avoiding anxiety makes it easier for the short term. But long term, it just keeps coming back. We will discuss how seeking reassurance, accomodations, and avoidance is keeping the anxiety going.


You'll be invited to join the class portal where you'll connect with us and your classmates. We love keeping in contact with you in between class sessions to answer your questions, provide resources, and get class discussions going.


After participating in this class you're eligible to become a member of the Monthly Club. You'll get access to all our resources and the opportunity to have a one hour per month video call with one of our therapist.
